When will my order ship?
All items are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:

U.S. orders: usually 3–7 business days after shipping

International orders: 7–21 business days depending on customs
(Delays can happen due to carriers or peak seasons, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.)
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package’s journey right to your door.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is custom printed, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it. Simply email us at hello@ctrlinkshop.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
How do I choose the right size?
Check out our Size Guide for detailed charts by product type. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
How do I care for my shirt?
DTF prints last longest with a little extra care:

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

Tumble dry low or hang dry

Don’t iron directly on the design

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, email us at hello@ctrlinkshop.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once printing begins, we can’t make changes.
What shirts do you use?
We print on high-quality blanks (brands like Gildan, Bella+Canvas, and Next Level). Each product listing includes material details.
