Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and printed within 5–7 business days before shipping.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipping

• International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs

(Please note: these are estimates and can vary due to postal delays, holidays, or customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package right to your door.

Delays & Issues

• Ctrl Ink is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or carrier first.
