  • Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or errors in product/pricing information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the timelines stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • Once an order has shipped, Ctrl Ink is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Because each Ctrl Ink item is custom printed to order, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges for size or style preferences.

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

    • The item arrives damaged

    • The wrong item is received

    • There is a printing/manufacturing defect

  • To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at hello@ctrlinkshop.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help quickly.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

  • All designs, graphics, and content are the property of Ctrl Ink.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs without permission.
